Yesterday I noticed a charge on my cc for a product that had been back ordered but I hadn’t received an email about it being shipped. Called today to inquire and CSR was very helpful and efficient. Made sure to answer all my questions and asked if anything else she could help with. My item had been shipped on the 11th with FedEx and I should get it early next week! Can’t wait!!
