Ann D. did a wonderful job explaining the slight delay of my order. The six weeks availability of the product was a little bothersome, since I could not turn on the cold water. The faucet was dripping and I did not wanted to waste all that water. The long drawn-out availability of the replacement parts was a little annoying, but that was not your fault. However, you made it more bearable with your good and honest service information. Keep up the good work!
