I was initially quite pleased when my product arrived 'early' but then disappointed when I discovered it was broken. I had purchased the shipping insurance and am very glad I did. After some back and forth between the insurer and Plumbers Stock I was made whole when Plumbers Stock shipped me a replacement. It would have been nicer if Plumbers Stock had taken full control of the insurance claim but eventually I was able to coordinate and Plumbers Stock sent me a replacement.
