I apparently ordered the wrong part. Although common sense says that the part should have been the correct one. I determined to just return the part. I contacted PS.com and got the information needed. Followed instructions and waited for over a month for a refund. Called twice to get somebody to answer. Got Jacob, he THEN had the refund processed. That is very poor business practice. Company is difficult to contact. Does not return calls and apparently does not process refunds unless the customer meets ALL of their demands and then has to pester them to get the refund.
