Item ordered was put on hold for over a month due to production issues. we never got the item as I had to cancel the order due to the delay. However the person ( Chrislin ) that helped me to cancel the order and issue the refund should be recognized for excellent customer service. Answered me quickly when I emailed to check on the status of the order . Let me know there was a production issue beyond control , and promptly issued the refund as I requested. 5 stars foe the quick resolution!!
