Ordered some parts that were to ship within 1 to 2 weeks. The two weeks went by and shipping had not occurred. Needed to proceed with my project so asked for a cancellation and refund of my payment. Was contacted same day by Jake, who cancelled the order and issued a full refund. Delay had been caused by the parts not having been shipped from the manufacturer.
