I had to cancel the card that was originally used to pay for my order. There seemed to be a fraudulent charge on it. I didn't think at the time, to phone your company to use a different card.
MJ helped me to charge my order to another card that went through. He was very calm, courteous, friendly, so it was very easy to take care of the problem with his assistance.
He is a really good customer service representative.
