I ordered a wrong unit and immediately requested cancellation, but the item was shipped to me so quickly within 3 days even when the status still says it is in processing and has not shipped yet. I contacted the company and Franz answered my call and is very understanding of the situation and immediately issued me a refund. I couldn't be happier.
