I expected a 16 day turnaround for my order, but was hoping that was just a maximum. It ended up taking 23 days. I asked for updates multiple times but was ignored. I finally called yesterday to be told it would be delivered that afternoon. Today I finally received a response to my inquiries saying it was delivered. Terrible customer service.
