Plumbers stock representatives Franz& Mia were outstanding to work with. A+ Kind, courteous and considerate. Meanwhile dealing with Williams furnace was an absolute nightmare to deal with. Franz & Mia however helped me substantially with the issues and was accommodating thru out the whole transaction. Word to the wise if you have an older Williams Furnace they do not let 3rd party sellers such as Plumbers stock aware if Williams parts are availabe until you place an order. They wasted 3 months of my time with no heat till they let Plumbers stock aware they discontinued the burner I needed. Getting a refund took longer than expected too all thanks to Williams.
