They had a part that I couldn't find anywhere else. But when we placed the order, the shipping time was farther out than what the project could handle. Jake was kind enough to let me cancel my order. I really appreciate that kind of customer service. They could have easily told me no and that the order was already placed and in the works. But they didn't. Again, Top Notch customer service even when they're not in the wrong. Thank you, thank you.
