I had a problem on my most recent order. The plumberstock.com phone number was not working properly on Friday, September 13 and 14 so I could not contact someone to help resolve the issue. I called again on Monday September 16 and was connected to a customer service rep named Jake. Jale quickly assessed the problem, found that it was in their system and set about resolving it. He only took a few minutes to do so and my issue was resolved. Jake was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable and is a good representative for the company.
