However, I discovered it was not what I had anticipated because of a misunderstanding between customer support and me. So I called panicking and Frank wasn't much help he gave me the phone number for the toilet company and said that I could cry about it to get what I needed. Frank was merely able to offer me the toilet company's phone number. However, When I contacted them again, MJ answered the phone and he was understanding and supportive of my predicament. MJ put an end to my nightmare by assisting me in finding the right item for my budget.
