Jacob (Jake) was extremely helpful. His response time on questions I had were super quick.
I had items to return that didn't work out for me and his email to me provided all the necessary information for me to return the items in order for me to get my refund. There was a "box" dilemma, but he understood my frustration and totally backed me up. Thank you Jacob for your excellent customer service skills!
