MJ Geanga was extremely helpful and courteous in tracking down an order that I had made that was shipped to me but that had for some reason been returned to sender. He has facilitated a refund on my purchase without any complications. While it was frustrating for my order to have been returned to sender when I had provided a perfectly valid address (probably either the address was damaged in the mail or there was a post office error made) I am very grateful to have been granted a refund so promptly from your company.
