Outstanding customer service by Franz, who assisted me in placing a purchase order which needs to eventually reach an overseas destination. Due to the inability to pay with cards outside of USA and Canada, he assisted me thoroughly until the order was placed for a duration of more than a week. I am now excitedly anticipating the delivery of my ordered sink plus its accessories.
