I ordered a long shank toggle switch from Amazon which was processed through your company. I was in urgent need of the switch and was expecting delivery in a couple of days. I got a couple notifications of a shipping delay. I was at the point that I really needed the switch and could not wait any longer, and I was forced to purchase one locally. Since I no longer needed this switch, I called your number to get a return authorization as instructed by Amazon, and spoke to Franz. I explaind the situation to him, and he was extreemly helpful and polite. He resolved the return matter quickly and easily. Because the issue was caused by a shipping delay, he accepted responsibility for the problem, cancelled the need to return the switch, and initiated the refund process. This was great because I no longer needed to go back to Amazon to complete the refund process or make a trip to the post office. Franz made the whole process very easy.
