Erwin handled my issue very professionally.
I ordered the wrong toilet and then immediately ordered the correct toilet. I called in to cancel the first toilet and confirm the second toilet was being processed. Erwin sent me a cancellation email and confirmed the second toilet would be shipped soon. Thanks!
