Jake was probably the most helpful and pleasant customer service person I have ever worked with. In less than 5 minutes he had my return authorization processed and and emailed to me. The instructions were given in a clear manner. He also offered to generate an Amazon return label for free shipping in case I had misplaced mine. Jake should be commended for his efficient processing and his customer service over the phone.
