Have used Plumbforce Direct before for small plumbing repairs and always been happy with their service. So called them again when my hot water stopped working as had no idea how to fix it. Turns out my system doesn't work as I thought it did ! Was really useful to get Dan's expertise and knowledge. He fixed the issue with new parts and also fitted a programmable control to manage things more efficiently.
