Annual boiler service completed on time and at a very good rate, same price for last 3 years.

was super impressed with Plumbforce Direct Plumbing. We noticed our hot water heater was leaking from the bottom. I left a message through their website, because it was Sunday and figured no one would be around. Within 30 minutes someone called me back! He was very honest with me and told me that considering the age and where the leak was it was more than likely going to need to be replaced. When the plumbers arrived right on time. I neglected to mention I needed a drip pan due to the basement being finished after the current water heater was found. They went to the nearest store and bought one, so they could still complete the job without complaint. The initial cold water shut off valve was a PVC ball valve that was frozen. Without me even asking they installed a metal lever shut off valve, so I could turn off the cold water input when needed. I would highly recommend this company.

Absolutely pleased. Outstanding company in service, communication, professional abilities and HONESTY! A different company must have thought I was an old fool (78) and gave me an estimate for £1695.00 I called Plumbforce Direct. Arrived when expected with a call first. Completed everything with £110.00 small parts and initial charge! Good and clear explanation, very pleased with work and honesty. Will definitely use them again and completely recommend them to others!

Jason was warm and friendly and worked endlessly to get my problem solved!! So grateful you sent someone with experience and love what he is doing....now let's hope I never ever ever need a boiler repair again as it is very very expensive.... But if I do...ONE CHOICE PLUMBFORCE DIRECT is who I will call!! THANK YOU...again JAson was a true blessing during these scary times.

I emailed Plumbforce Direct to install a new sink and tap and was pleasantly surprised by the quick response and the fact that they'd be able to send someone to my house the next day. I've heard horror stories about trying to get plumbers/electricians/contractors to even return phone calls. They called when they were 15-20 mins away (which I always find super helpful), wore masks, answered all my questions, weren’t afraid of my barking dog, and I think completed the job pretty quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Scott and his team replaced the poly-b plumbing throughout my home and I could not be more impressed with the quality of their work, attention to detail, professionalism and the time they took to explain any issues that came about. I would 100 percent recommend Plumbforce Direct for any project and will be happy to use them again for any future projects.

Evan and the onsite service team, led by Michael, were fantastic. I would not trust anyone else to address my drainage issues. We live in Camden and have a sump pump that exits our basement into our Garden. Over time, poor drainage, the sump pump outflow exit location, and a few other poorly executed landscaping design issues (put in place by the previous owner) rendered our garden and side patio useless. Michael was quick to diagnose the root causes of each issue in each location and went above and beyond in his suggestions for remedies. His proposed solutions were functional and creative - he knows his stuff! His pricing was fair for the work scope as well, IMO. Michael and team were excellent. They arrived timely and worked insanely hard. Further, they were so clean in their work. The hosed down and blew out the workspace after they finished each job in each space - this was very much appreciated. In addition, the crew went above and beyond my expectations in that they used leftover mulch to touch up a few beds not originally contemplated in the initial scope of work. Finally, upon final inspection, we noticed a few very minor items requiring additional follow up. Michael agreed to address each issue and sent his crew the same day to fix. I couldn't be happier with their work and hopefully, hopefully their craftsmanship more justice than this review.

WE ARE IN PROCESS OF SELLING MY MUMS OLD HOUSE AND NEEDED TO MAKE SURE ALL NECESSARY SYSTEMS WERE IN PROPER WORKING ORDER. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND LISTENED AS I EXPLAINED AS TO WHAT NEEDED DONE FOR THE HOME INSPECTION. THEY PROCEEDED TO DO THE WORK AND REPAIR ANY LEAKS ETC. FOUND MAKING SURE ALL WATER AND GAS ISSUES WERE SOLVED IF

The worst thing that can happen is to have a leak in a building affecting more than one property on a Saturday, I found Plumbforce Direct and they said they would have the plumber there within the next two hours and their plumber Ivan was there within 1 hour. The work he did was amazing! He worked on three different properties and was able to fix it all at a very reasonable cost. Super professional and complied to all the request we had as far as itemising the invoice so we could charge each owner independently and sending photos of all the affected areas and after the work Was done. We are very happy and it is such a refreshing and much needed thing to find professional and reliable companies you can count on. They have our business in the future for sure! Thank you Ivan! I had a bad smell in the toilet and I called them to have a look, they promptly told me someone would come and check. This is what happened: 14/9 an engineer came and 'fix' the issue replacing the 'pan connector' 4/10 we came from holidays and we found out the smell and the noises were still there 11/10 called the company and explained the situation, they set an appointment for Wednesday 13th in the morning 13/10 after midday I called them and they stated the appointment was for Thursday 14th instead (very odd to be honest, but ok) 14/10 again, no engineer came home. I called again to figure out what's going on and Scott agreed on calling me back with more information (Scott never called me back and of course no engineer came). I called him again and after some apologies a new appointment was set for Monday 18th was set between 9 and 10 in the morning 18/10 the engineer came around 12 (good start...) and after 5 minutes he said he had to call the office and he will be back in 10/15 minutes... never heard about him again... Another call to their offices asking for information and again, another promise for a call back from Scott, but nothing happened. 18/10 After calling the office again I was told Scott was on a break and he would call me back (rolf) 19/10 Another call to the office asking for solutions and for an explanation about the lack of calls back... 21/10 I complained again and a 'manager' was supposed to called me to find out a solution for my case... Michael something told me he will check and send someone first time next day (sure...) 22/10 No engineer came and I called back, the next available slot was for Monday 25th and I asked for email confirmation about the appointment and also confirming what Scott mentioned about a partial refund during the call. I sent 5 emails during that day requesting the confirmation... 25/10 midday and no one came (surprise!!!!). Another call and Scott is lying again... the engineer is on his way... and apparently was my fault as I never confirmed O_O 26/10 Of course, no one came yesterday to fix the toilet and Scott promised me again and again I would have the engineer at home as was finishing another job. Today I will call again. Let's see how this ends

We had one toilet leaking at the its base and another that was constantly running. Though we have a home warranty, my wife wanted to try a plumbing company that had very good reviews that she had read. They sent a representative out, who told us that both toilets would need to be replaced. He did an estimate ranging from over £1400 for their good, to over £2400 for their best. We thought these were extremely high. We then contacted our home warranty company, and they sent out Plumbforce Direct. They were prompt and fixed both toilets within an hour. Our cost was £110+Vat It has now been over 3 weeks and we have had no further issues with either toilet. Thank you for your promptness, expertise, and honesty.

Boiler broke down , they sent Tom who spent 30mins diagnosing the fault , luckily it wasnt major ,they fixed there and then at a really good price .

Came around to look at my boiler , unfortunately it was beyond repair , they have me a good price for a new one and the service was great, unfortunately I found it slightly cheaper.

John Showed up to repair our toilet, evaluated the situation and gave quote. Ordered part, returned on the day and time he said he would. Ended up coming back on two separate occasions to do the repair but at no fault of his own was unable due to the faulty toilet. He would not take money from me although he had come to our home three times. I would use plunger for any repair work we have in the future and strongly recommend them. Try to find a repair person who will come to your home and not charge you a fee just for making the trip. Integrity counts.

Plumbsorcedirect charged us £300 for changing automatic air vent which is £15 and that didn't fix our boiler's problem. I had boiler problem with pressure drop down quite often. I called plumbforce direct and the engineer came and looked it and agreed to fix the problems with £300. We agreed. Couple of days later, the engineer came and replaced a small part called automatic air vent in 5 minutes. We checked the pipe from boiler goes to outside and there are a lot of water came out still. Engineer agreed that was main problem caused pressure down often but he will need charge extra £180. That means replace a automatic air vent cost £300 without fixed the problems for us. We negotiated to pay less, engineer called his two brothers to our house and stopped our water supply .... We tried to talk to plumbforce direct, engineer told us he owns the company. Finally he agreed to reduce the price to £200. I would like to share the experience to all the consumers to avoid this kind of trouble again, they are just not trustable.

Their plumber came to inspect the leak, turned all our water off and gave us an incredibly high estimate. We spoke with another plumber, they came the next day, turned our water back on and asked for half the price to get our water tank changed. Plumbforce direct in the meantime charged me 466£ for having done exactly nothing to fix the leak. Their plumber came twice, did nothing except turning off our water and giving us a very high quote for the full job, and that was it. I've been speaking with their customer services for a week now trying to get a partial refund at least and it's a nightmare. They keep saying the refund is coming and they'll call me back to confirm. Not once they have given me a call. I've lost count of how many times I called them to try and get a clear answer. It's going to be a week tomorrow since they told me I will see my refund. Refunds don't take this long. Nightmare of a waste of time. Stay away.

Guy called Michael turned up on time, did a great job to stop the leak at the sink. Excellent service will definitely use them again.
