At first I was really impressed that I called and could book a same day service, they accommodated a shorter time window to allow for the fact that my partner works from home in the same room as the boiler. When I called to book I was told there was lots of availability in my area.
With the time frames they offer Saturday was the only reasonable day for a service considering my partner’s working hours but this was made possible with their same day service offer.
However, I got a call a couple of hours later to say they were extremely busy and could I rearrange for Monday. I explained this was not possible so they rearranged for the following Saturday.
Following Saturday case around, partner finished work and we stayed in all afternoon waiting for the service. An hour before the end of the time frame they gave we get a call saying it was too busy again and can we rearrange for Monday.
Obviously we just cancelled and are now looking for another company.
We are extremely disappointed in this awful service.
