“Very positive experience from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and professional staff. The engineer arrived promptly on the day of appointment and took time to thoroughly carry out the boiler service. So far, I am very please with the work, and the communication, from when the booking was made till after the job was done was very positive. I am now recommending friends and family to try you guys out, so I really hope you keep this level of service and professionalism. Thank you Ivan Jones for the thorough job you did on the boiler servicing, I could tell big difference since you serviced it!”

“Happy. Wanted a service done quickly, staff in the office (Andrew) were very friendly and helpful and very quick to respond. Engineer (Aashis) was polite, friendly and efficient. Job done with no hassle! Had caution in going with them as I had read reviews about extra charges - maybe that’s a concern for more open ended work like a repair but from my experience haunt a routine service with a fixed fee quote I have to say the job was faultless from start to finish.”

“The engineer who serviced my boiler today, (just within its warranty) completed this efficiently. I am very grateful that beyond this, he noticed that the boiler had been heating constantly without any correspondence with the thermostat since the new boiler was installed last year and his rewiring now has the system operating as it should. Further, he has understood my confusion as an older person in programming the selection of settings and has explained a simpler adaption to make it practical for my needs. His knowledge, experience and kindness are invaluable and a commendation to Plumbing Force in restoring my confidence in them.”

“I called PlumbingForce to fix my MEGAflo hot water tank, which wasn't heating the water. They advised that their hourly rate was £150/hour. You have to supply them with a Debit/Credit card before they will attend. They billed me for £1,902 before Vat. for the repairs. The MEGAflo is still no better; it is not producing any hot water. I could have purchased a new MEGAflow tank for £1,500. Stay clear of this company.”

“During the initial phone call, I clearly explained that the issue concerned an Aqualisa shower and explicitly confirmed the brand. I was reassured that the company was very familiar with this products and I was assured that the issue could be resolved. Based on these assurances, I was asked to make an advance payment of £144. However, when the plumber attended, he remained on site for less than five minutes and stated that he does not deal with Aqualisa showers and could not carry out any work. He then left without offering any solution or even attempting to assist further. This is completely unacceptable. I was clearly misled during the initial call in order to secure payment. Following this, I received no follow-up. I had to repeatedly chase them for updates. After several days of follow-up on my side, I received a quote for installing a new Aqualisa shower—at a higher cost than going directly through the manufacturer. To be clear: I paid £144 for a service that was not delivered in any form. No work was carried out, no solution was provided, and no reasonable alternative was offered. The entire experience—from the initial call, to the visit, to the lack of follow-up—has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I complained and they did nothing but justify themself saying the price was for the call and to identify the fault, not necessarily to carry out the job. They ask for advanced payment giving false promises. I regret contacting them instead of going straight to the manufacturer, it was a total waste of money.”
