During the initial phone call, I clearly explained that the issue concerned an Aqualisa shower and explicitly confirmed the brand. I was reassured that the company was very familiar with this products and I was assured that the issue could be resolved. Based on these assurances, I was asked to make an advance payment of £144. However, when the plumber attended, he remained on site for less than five minutes and stated that he does not deal with Aqualisa showers and could not carry out any work. He then left without offering any solution or even attempting to assist further. This is completely unacceptable. I was clearly misled during the initial call in order to secure payment. Following this, I received no follow-up. I had to repeatedly chase them for updates. After several days of follow-up on my side, I received a quote for installing a new Aqualisa shower—at a higher cost than going directly through the manufacturer. To be clear: I paid £144 for a service that was not delivered in any form. No work was carried out, no solution was provided, and no reasonable alternative was offered. The entire experience—from the initial call, to the visit, to the lack of follow-up—has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I complained and they did nothing but justify themself saying the price was for the call and to identify the fault, not necessarily to carry out the job. They ask for advanced payment giving false promises. I regret contacting them instead of going straight to the manufacturer, it was a total waste of money.

The engineer,Joe Maynard, was excellent....efficient, punctual, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Communications throughout, with the office and Joe, were great. Thank you

Dishonesty, lack of service and highest importance given to securing unjustified additional appointments to secure extra charges. This was my experience and I truly feel swindled. I have since had better success with British Gas direct. Who would have thought.......

After 2 previous plumbers to my boiler not knowing what the fault was Andrew troth found the fault and advised me to get it fixed in warranty which I have done great guy

Having pre-booked in advance I received a phone call to say engineer couldn’t make it as stuck on another job on the day, they couldn’t offer another plumber only for another day, I originally asked for a plumber for the same day as advertised but they couldn’t find one so this is why I arranged for another day only to be let down, regardless if engineer was caught up on another job if they do what they say should have sent someone else. Awful company surprised by the good reviews.

Charles came on time and explained the reason for the problem and then got down to the work very efficiently and effectively. He kept me informed as to what he was doing and why which gave me confidence that my problem with the toilet flushing constantly would be resolved and indeed it was. Love the guarantee attached to the work. Great service

I can't praise the engineer who fitted my cooker enough he was so efficient and helpful,he kept me informed at all times on what he was doing.I have had a stroke so am not able to walk very well so he put my old cooker outside so it would not be in my way.Will ask for TARIQ if I need in the future,highly recommended.Their prices are amazing for the high quality service.

I had a problem with my gas fire. The landlord's engineers were unable to resolve other than by disconnecting the supply. James was able to check the whole system thoroughly, diagnose the issue correctly, and make recommendations for going forward. Utterly excellent, and now my "go-to" guy for anything gas.

My boiler broke down over the Christmas holiday period and central heating engineers were scant on the ground. With family visiting with young children that added to my woes. I took note of some of the unfavourable reviews ,however, afterreceiving a phonecall only a few hours after I sent my concerns online, that made me less anxious. It was the only company that responded in a timely way on a Sunday, and kept me informed of who was attending and when by phonecall and texts. My query to Plumbing Force was dealt with promptly on a Sunday by telephone, and engineer Anthony Billson, attended to my broken boiler ( F28 fault) the next day. Diagnosis: boiler not working, overheat thermostats flashing and there no water circulation ,signs of blockage.A repair, full service and a Powerflush done. I cannot thank or recommend Anthony Billson highly enough. He mended the boiler, explained every step and how long it would take to finish the job. He was courteous, answered my concerns about the poorly functioning central heating system. He made sure he left the work areas clean and tidy. For the first time in years my radiators are blasting out heat properly, after umpteenth years of telling my usual guy who installed and serviced my boiler that my radiators were always luke warm but problems were never resolved. Boiler is only four years old! and should've functioned better from new when the radiators would've been flushed and if they had been serviced properly, and importantly if my concerns had been taken seriously. A fully heating system couldn't have come sooner as the freezing weather followed soon after Anthony's exemplary work. He came at 10.30am and left at 4pm- approximate timings. Highly recommend Plumbing Force for expedient communications and efficient customer service .

My gas pipes for the boiler and the stove needed replacing as the majority of the piping was steel which reacted with the gas causing sludge to form in the boiler. The company's technician had visited and quoted for the work which was accepted. They arrived promptly at 8am and the work was completed by 3pm. Very pleased with the job done and can recommend them to sort gas problems expeditiously.
