“Booked very quickly via chat. Call returned quickly. Plumber on site within 90 minutes. Job done as quick as possible. The Plumber Matt communicated really well. Would use Plummingforce again.”

“Professional and efficient. Loved the request portal and phone call 10 minutes later to confirm the appointment. Sean was my technician. He was so polite, guided me through what needed to be done, and explained to me what he was doing. Highly recommended.”

“Very positive experience from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and professional staff. The engineer arrived promptly on the day of appointment and took time to thoroughly carry out the boiler service. So far, I am very please with the work, and the communication, from when the booking was made till after the job was done was very positive. I am now recommending friends and family to try you guys out, so I really hope you keep this level of service and professionalism. Thank you Ivan Jones for the thorough job you did on the boiler servicing, I could tell big difference since you serviced it!”

“Was really impressed with Albert. He came and diagnosed the issue and repaired it with ease. I like how he explained how everything worked and what to do if certain issues occur. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was really happy with the result. Highly recommend. Thanks.”

“Happy. Wanted a service done quickly, staff in the office (Andrew) were very friendly and helpful and very quick to respond. Engineer (Aashis) was polite, friendly and efficient. Job done with no hassle! Had caution in going with them as I had read reviews about extra charges - maybe that’s a concern for more open ended work like a repair but from my experience haunt a routine service with a fixed fee quote I have to say the job was faultless from start to finish.”

“The engineer who serviced my boiler today, (just within its warranty) completed this efficiently. I am very grateful that beyond this, he noticed that the boiler had been heating constantly without any correspondence with the thermostat since the new boiler was installed last year and his rewiring now has the system operating as it should. Further, he has understood my confusion as an older person in programming the selection of settings and has explained a simpler adaption to make it practical for my needs. His knowledge, experience and kindness are invaluable and a commendation to Plumbing Force in restoring my confidence in them.”
