“The engineer was really helpful and exceptionally conscientious. He even cancelled a planned day off so he could come back the next day with the required replacement valve as nobody else was available. Otherwise we would have had no heating or hot water for several days.”

“Every part of the service was excellent. The booking process was quick and easy. My plumber, Bradley, turned up on time and carried out the repair quickly and efficiently. He explained the work needed and the costs. He was smart, polite and respectful of my home. I really couldn't ask for more.”

“Although booked in initially for same day service I was informed that one of the previous jobs had overrun because of a leak situation that could not be left. So, albeit late in the day, I agreed to an appointment for the next morning. Glad I did, the engineer was polite, respectful of property and better than that remedied the issue, gave the boiler a full "once over" and fully explained every action he was taking. I felt fully confident that he knew what he was doing.”

“Had Brad come out on our first visit, he was very informative, and explained fully why our specific work had to be done, he also contacted manufacturers in front of us and asked them the same questions I had asked to show he was correct, when the work was being completed with Nigel, they were very efficient , clean in thier work area and always open to answer any questions. Work was completed without any issues. Thank you Brad for all the support and time you gave me when I didn't quite understand.”

“Very happy from booking enquiry to job completed on the same day. Office staff was polite and very helpful was surprised by how quick my enquiry was dealt with considering the time before 8am. Plumber contacted me to let me know when he would arrive. He was great talked me through everything and completed the job within the hour. Fantastic service from start to finish. Thank you.”
