Hi l booked plumbingforce for a shower I wanted fitted ,the guy came in looked at the shower and said I can’t fit it but still charged me because l had given them my card details before or else they would not book appointment, and took my money out straight away , please stay away from theses people and came a few hours later than expected, I am going to complain and through my bank also ; and did not tell when l phoned for an appointment that if they could not fit shower I would not be charged and should have asked myself before l booked them , also said should have read the small print and got me sign as soon as the guy came entered my property ,stay away from this company.

The engineer was very helpful but the boiler apparently has an internal blockage which was not repaired. As I paid for two call-outs, it is a little disappointing.

on the Friday the 12 April, on the day I paid for the works, my card was fraudulently used on a gaming site. Mr Per Staaf per@staaf.se

was quick and courtesy service, and the engineer did spot the faults which I already had guess, did offer to quote for the parts, but I declined as I felt it would be expensive, since I have found an engineer who knows the type of boiler and has repaired it, can't complain about the service, but it was expensive advice

The plumbing job was done very well but admin was poor. The plumber was booked to come on Thursday but Plumbingforce rang me at 16:50 on Wednesday to tell me the plumber would be arriving within the hour. I asked the caller to double-check, as I was not expecting the plumber till Thursday morning, and she did. However, no plumber arrived within the hour or at all that day. I rang Plumbingforce but they were unable to give me any information as it was by then out of office hours. I rang again the following morning and Plumbingforce apologised for what must have been an admin error. The plumber arrived on Thursday as originally booked, and did a great job.

Premium Price. Engineer did the job quickly, cleaned up etc. No problems there. However initial appointment was not met pm. Rearranged for next am, not met, re arranged for following pm and met. Premium price but not premium response.

The engineer (Aiden) was extremely polite and helpful. Understood the boiler issue and sorted a temporary fix straight away. However, only rated 3 stars as have been waiting for a promised call on parts for a longer term fix, for sometime.

The plumber was excellent. The company on the other hand was unsatisfactory in that we got different quotes one of £79 and the others at £99 per hour for labour. Being held on phone whilst your operator kept on having to ask for help from elsewhere was annoying. Although we informed you of the urgency and difficulty of our situation it was only resolved in the end by us getting in touch directly with the plumber who was brilliant and solved our problem Plumber excellent company very, very, poor

They were very tidy but dont know why it was a different amount money wise than first quoted and then an additional amount added as well but besides that everything was satisfactory.

i THOUGHT THE SERICE WAS OK BUT THE PRICE WAS EXTORTIONATE. i COULD HAVE FIXED THIS ISSUE MYSLEF IF IT WASNT FOR TIME AND I FEEL THE PRICE WAS WAY OVER INDUSTRY QUOTES. I WOULD HAVE TURNED YOU AWAY IF IT HADNT HAVE BEEN AN EASE OF SITUATION.

Was pleased with the initial call out,within 2hrs however had the engineer had some pipe it could have been fixed within an hour on the first visit. The repair needed a second visit charging me £120 to fit a pipe which cost £15 and took less than half an hour.

Assessment done within 24 hours of my phoning - just. I was not informed there was a charge of £94 for this call-out. Sam undertook to return 9am the next day to carry out repairs. I prepared and left the boiler off. He had not come by 12.30. I rang to be told he had not been assigned for that day, but nobody had rung to tell me. I was rung back and told I must pay for materials before he would come - two days later. Sam came on time, conscientious and did a good job. I waited for an invoice, none came. My credit card account did come showing three payments taken off it. For the call-out, the materials and the labour. I had only authorised payment for materials. Taking payment before I had an invoice or authorised payment is wrong. I was further upset by not being told about the call-out fee. Your customer relations and account practice are very poor, I suspect bordering on illegality.

Gordon was a really great engineer but the new system to log their work doesn’t work. This causes lots of problems and needs to be reviewed.

Got quite messed around in terms of timing for my booking, meaning that I had to stay in for 2 full days waiting. But the staff were friendly enough when I spoke to them. On arrival, though, Richard knew exactly what he was doing and gave me some good advice on looking after my megaflo boiler system.

Call out was good to organise and engineer turned up in time slot given, unfortunately he did not call our office while on site as requested and left paperwork on site which caused us problems with our client. Had this not happened we would have given 5 stars.

The engineer that came out was faultless. He was early, polite, cheerful & knowledgeable. A credit to the company he works for. Plumbingforce as a company is not so great. My appt was initially booked for Saturday 8am-12pm. When no one arrived at 12pm, I called the agency who said the engineer was delayed & will arrive 1pm - 4pm. When no one arrived at 3pm, I called for an update only to be told that I will not get an engineer that day & that I would have to wait until Monday to get my shower fixed. Plumbingforce charge extortionate prices because they can. People need their showers & most will pay to get the problem resolved. As mentioned, the engineer that eventually arrived was great (Daniel). He was extremely helpful & efficient & definitely knew his trade. However, I should have received a refund or at the very least, a discount for being inconvenienced. I could have arranged for another company to do the job during the time I waited (& probably for less money). Plumbingforce did not even offer a sincere apology.

Engineer fast and efficient. What a gentleman. However customer service lady (Holly) is argumentative, attitudinal and extremely rude. Will look elsewhere next time.
