It seems that other customers are not happy with their service either. When I got the final bill I was charged for two hours. He was only hear for one hour? The parts were invoiced for £240. When I checked on line, genuine Baxi parts only cost £76.97 a difference of £163. Still in dispute with them. Wouldn't recommend them, as over inflated parts cost.

I have no issue with the work carried out by Stuart however I am disgusted by the mark up on parts obtained. The price of the parts amounted to £97 from Tool Station inclusive of VAT however Plumbing Force inflated the price to £160 plus VAT. Two trips were made to Tool Station as it was discovered that a pipe was leaking after fitting the first part. The amount of time taken to obtain the parts was excessive and of course I had to pay for the time as well. I feel that the hourly rate was on the high side so to then marking up the parts by 60% was a complete ripoff. I would never use this firm again and would never recommend them

I am very disappointed and intend complaining as 10 days ago (Jan 27th) I paid £250 labour charge (plus the call out charge of £102) and to date there has been no result ie. my gas fire has not been repaired and I have not been told what is happening. I paid all this money for the engineer's time to investigate the fault (it took a long time as he phoned the manufacturers) and I understood he was given to believe that the parts would be available but have had no update.

Problem not fixed on first visit of Plumbingforce ... plumber thought possibly hot tank needed draining in order to correct problem at estimated cost of £800-£900. Not happy with this, so located local plumber who fixed problem in about 30 minutes. Seriously unhappy as I've spoken to Plumbingforce asking for a partial refund which has NOT been forthcoming.

Attempted to use Plumbing Force to get an electric shower replaced in a rental property. It cost £30 just to be told what I already knew - the shower needed replacing. I was charged a further £75 plus VAT to replace the shower but it never did get done and I had a lot of hassle getting any refund at all, even though Plumbing Force had not actually done any work for me.

I requested for an Engineer on the 9th of April and he came in to check my electric boiler (Pulsa Coil - Gledhill Electric) . I mentioned to the company online during the booking process about the make of the boiler. The customer service lady mentioned that she had an engineer to come in on the same day and he did come to check the boiler. The Engineer mentioned to me on arrival that your company/himself did not really support this make of boiler but he was very pleasant and said he would try and do his best. He did work on it and we had hot water again briefly for the short period he was here . Within 30 mins of his leaving, the hot water became tepid again and became lightly cold again and back to how it was working BEFORE he worked on it. I only noticed this when I tried to take a bath shortly after he left .. I paid 102 pounds for this service. I called the your office to report this and there appeared to be some confusion as to why and if the issue with the Boiler could be resolved as clearly the boiler still remained unresolved as there still was no hot water. I was informed that your company could send me an Engineer that knows how to work on my type of boiler and I would have to pay for this service again if he is to come out. My question is why should I do this if your company clearly knew the make of the boiler before sending the initial Engineer when I booked the initial appointment. Why then did you send me someone that was unfamiliar with the make of my boiler and still charge me especially that the boiler still was not working properly? when I sent an email to your After Sales team, I was informed it would take within 7 days to investigate my complaint and get back to me? This is unbelievable.

Plumbing Force were due to attend the property 8-12 on a Saturday, rang Saturday to take payment then moved the time 12-6pm. Plumbing force did not come Saturday and moved the appointment to Monday, arrived, was at the property for 10mins with an answer 'I think it could be this' then left saying they would send a quote for the works, nothing has been sent. easiest £100 they made that Monday!

Service was not good at all you all charge the customer extra for the work which is not done. And your operators were a joke as they are not helpful at all. Its a money making business.

Plumbingforce was called because of the unavailability of local plumbers. Their plumber arrived and was unable to do any work, because he could not locate the mains water valve feeding the house. He was on the premises for less than an hour and I was billed £153 which is an extortionate amount.

At first when I was given an appointment for the next morning, I was overjoyed, but this slipped back to the afternoon, then the next morning, then the next afternoon. The fitter when he arrived was very competent , but I felt that the work required ( which was less than I actually envisaged) was not worth the standing charge that I had agreed.

Deeply disappointed with the service as when initial phone call made it was made clear that it was a Grohe shower and the problem. Reassured by the telephone operator that it should not be a problem for the plumbing engineer. However when the plumber advised he within minutes said he was unable to repair and the invoice for the call out would have to be paid in full.

absolute joke!!!. charged £80 for a quote when all others were free, as you would expect. then quoted nearly £2000 over the top of other quotes!!!!! would definately steer other potential customers away from this company!

Just installing a couple of radiators. A job that should take no more than a couple of hours.. took 5 hours. Cost over £500 for something that should not have made it past £150 to £200.. nightmare.

-Bad customer support. -An appointment was cancelled by them last moment. -Expensive for generally poor service. The engineer was polite and looks like a smart guy. In my case he didn't fixed the problem and suggested to change the heating system from conventional to combi. I'm not an expert so I won't disagree. But changing the conventional boiler with a new conventional boiler is much cheaper and could be suggested also as an option.
