At first when I was given an appointment for the next morning, I was overjoyed, but this slipped back to the afternoon, then the next morning, then the next afternoon. The fitter when he arrived was very competent
, but I felt that the work required ( which was less than I actually envisaged) was not worth the standing charge that I had agreed.
