The engineer was initially scheduled to arrive in the morning within a 4-hour time slot. After hearing nothing for nearly the entire period, I contacted customer service, who informed me that the engineer was delayed but would definitely come in the afternoon. No further updates were given, and I had to call twice more for information. At the end of the day, they apologized and rescheduled for the following morning. The job was to install an integrated washing machine. During the process, the engineer accidentally damaged a dishwasher pipe, causing a leak and extending the job time. We were then charged for an extra half hour, even though the delay was due to the engineer's own mistake. Overall, the experience was disappointing in terms of both communication and service quality, especially considering the final cost.
