I am very disappointed and intend complaining as 10 days ago (Jan 27th) I paid £250 labour charge (plus the call out charge of £102) and to date there has been no result ie. my gas fire has not been repaired and I have not been told what is happening.
I paid all this money for the engineer's time to investigate the fault (it took a long time as he phoned the manufacturers) and I understood he was given to believe that the parts would be available but have had no update.
