“Albert arrived on time. He did a very thorough job, explaining some details of the working of the boiler. Also a problem that could come up in the future. He tested the carbon monoxide alarm, checked the gas hob. Excellent all together.”

“James and Stanley arrived promptly for a boiler service, diagnosed a significant problem in the old boiler, sourced a new boiler in double quick time and spent the day fitting it and sorting out the radiators. All now works well. They worked diligently through the day (despite the outside temperature being 30C). They are knowledgeable and informative. I heartily recommend them. Roger Harris”

“I cannot recommend Anthony Billson highly enough. He first came to install a new kitchen sink and tap, but rather than simply trying to make unsuitable products fit, he immediately identified that both items I'd purchased were incompatible with the structure of my existing kitchen worktop. He took the time to clearly explain why they wouldn't work, which unfortunately highlighted that I'd previously been given incorrect advice by another plumber, resulting in a costly mistake. Instead of leaving it there, Anthony recommended a suitable replacement tap and explained exactly what type of fitting would work with my kitchen. Following his advice, I purchased the new tap over the weekend and contacted the office on Monday morning. They arranged for Anthony to return the very same day, which was fantastic service. Anthony is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and clearly takes pride in his work. He was punctual, friendly and approachable, taking the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never once felt rushed, and it was obvious he genuinely wanted the job done properly rather than taking shortcuts. His honesty saved me from making another expensive mistake, and his expertise gave me complete confidence that everything was being done correctly. It's rare to find someone who combines technical knowledge with such excellent customer service. Thank you, Anthony, for turning what had become a very frustrating "plumbing gate" into such a positive experience! You are a real credit to Plumbing Force, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled and trustworthy plumber.”

“I had a sleepless night after noticing water leaking up through my kitchen floor late in the evening. Thinking the worst, I worried about how to find a decent plumber, given the horrific stories you often hear.The next morning, I did a quick Google search, checked some reviews, and started calling around. Out of the three plumbing companies I contacted, Plumbingforce was the first—and actually the only one—to get back to me. I spoke with a gentleman who clearly explained their terms, conditions, and hourly costs, which sounded very reasonable. I half-expected they wouldn't be able to get anyone to me for three or four days. However, after checking availability, the operator confirmed they could send someone that same morning. I was pleasantly surprised. He mentioned they would be in touch once an ETA was confirmed, which made me a bit sceptical at first.Within an hour, I received another call confirming a plumber would arrive between 10:30 am and 11:00 am. Andy arrived right on time, took one look at the issue, and immediately got to work with an air of relaxed competency. In next to no time, he had the solid floor up and the leak exposed, revealing a busted compression ring. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find the main stopcock. Andy even helped me dig up the garden to look for it. When we couldn't find it, he calmly said, "No problem, I will have to do it live." He prepared the replacement pipework, set up a wet vac to soak up the surplus water, and kept the mess to an absolute minimum. He made short work of the repair.I cannot recommend Plumbingforce highly enough. My experience from start to finish was superb, and Andy (who came from Oxford) completed the work within an hour. His complete professionalism put me at ease the moment he walked through the door. I slept well that night, and it is a massive relief to know I now have a reliable company to call if another emergency occurs. “Very positive experience from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and professional staff. The engineer arrived promptly on the day of appointment and took time to thoroughly carry out the boiler service. So far, I am very please with the work, and the communication, from when the booking was made till after the job was done was very positive. I am now recommending friends and family to try you guys out, so I really hope you keep this level of service and professionalism. Thank you Ivan Jones for the thorough job you did on the boiler servicing, I could tell big difference since you serviced it!”
