Plumber attended the property, did what he could to resolve a kitchen issue and left within 50 minutes.
Then came back 25 minutes later to ask for a signature on paperwork - time I was then billed for, in spite of the fact that the work done within the property was under an hour.
Have been told repeatedly that unless I can 'prove' the exit time of the engineer, I won't be refunded. A convenient system to charge extra money and accuse customers of dishonesty.
Straight up scam behaviour, and unprofessional.
