“The engineer was initially scheduled to arrive in the morning within a 4-hour time slot. After hearing nothing for nearly the entire period, I contacted customer service, who informed me that the engineer was delayed but would definitely come in the afternoon. No further updates were given, and I had to call twice more for information. At the end of the day, they apologized and rescheduled for the following morning. The job was to install an integrated washing machine. During the process, the engineer accidentally damaged a dishwasher pipe, causing a leak and extending the job time. We were then charged for an extra half hour, even though the delay was due to the engineer's own mistake. Overall, the experience was disappointing in terms of both communication and service quality, especially considering the final cost.”

“Plumber attended the property, did what he could to resolve a kitchen issue and left within 50 minutes. Then came back 25 minutes later to ask for a signature on paperwork - time I was then billed for, in spite of the fact that the work done within the property was under an hour. Have been told repeatedly that unless I can 'prove' the exit time of the engineer, I won't be refunded. A convenient system to charge extra money and accuse customers of dishonesty. Straight up scam behaviour, and unprofessional.”

“Great service right from ther start. Phone call to explain the emergency, plumber arrived approximately withing an hour. In between i was kept upto date on ETA. Sean Smith was the plumber, he investigated found the cause and solved the problem. First time i have used this service but would definately recommed them as an emergency service.”

“Sam from Plumbingforce was amazing! After a bad experience this morning with another company First Call Heating Ltd due to the engineer being rude and not helpful Sam was a breath of fresh air! He explained the situation well and has acted on it with a matter of urgency, professional and with great customer service! “Submitted an online query expecting a call within an hour, received before I had even finished reading the query sent email! Everything was booked in and scheduled for someone to come round in a few hours and they turned up dead on the expected time. Chap that came out was friendly, got everything sorted within the hour and even tidied up after himself. Had no quibbles with the cost as did everything we needed in less time than expected so we were extremely chuffed and grateful. Excellent service from start to finish and will definitely be reaching out to use again should the need arise. Cheers all.”
