“Happy with the plumber very nice polite young man did a great job , think the company should have different spares in the van he had to go and get parts which in part raised my bill , a lot of money just to plumb in a washing machine”

“Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I never bother leaving reviews, but this time I have to warn everyone. A few weeks ago, my boiler broke down, so I called Plumbing Force after a quick Google search. At first, the response seemed okay and two engineers showed up the next day. They spent less than 20 minutes looking at my boiler and said the main valve needed replacing. Here’s where it gets ridiculous. I asked for a quote, and what I got was an absolute joke. Instead of just quoting for the main valve, they included 13 different items and the total came to a staggering £5,768.14 + VAT – nearly DOUBLE the price of a brand new Vaillant boiler! I’m not exaggerating – they wanted to charge me almost twice as much as just buying a new boiler. I emailed Plumbing Force to ask if this was a mistake or if they were actually serious. I got no reply, they had no dignity to respond back to me. Zero customer service. I ended up calling another company. They came out, diagnosed the main valve and a PCB issue, and fixed everything for just £721 + VAT. In summary: Plumbing Force is a complete rip-off, their quotes are outrageous, and their customer service is non-existent. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else. Plumbing Force is an absolute NO GO!”

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but after experiencing similar issues at two separate rental properties (14 Longwick Road and 67 Woodfield Road), I feel compelled to share my experience. In both cases, the heating and hot water were working before PlumbingForce attended. Following the engineer's visits, both properties were left without heating and hot water and further works were then recommended before service could be restored. At 67 Woodfield Road, a routine visit relating to a Gas Safety inspection and a minor leak resulted in the property being left without heating and hot water for several days. The tenant, including young children, was left without essential services while I repeatedly chased PlumbingForce for a resolution. At both properties, there appeared to be a strong focus on obtaining payment approval before arranging return visits. The engineer also spent considerable time on the phone and left site to obtain parts during attendance. You pay by the house so you pay for his time wasting be warned What should have been relatively straightforward jobs became significantly more expensive. The charges at 67 Woodfield Road totalled £524.14. The separate Longwick Road complaint resulted in PlumbingForce ultimately issuing a partial refund after my complaint was upheld in part. I also raised concerns regarding water being left on a carpet following works at Woodfield Road. Photographs were provided and the matter was acknowledged, but liability was later denied, and in one of the replies outright denied to have ocured despite the photographic evidence My overall experience was that once problems arose, the process became focused on additional charges rather than customer service and resolution. Based on my experience across two properties, I would not use PlumbingForce again.”

“Very positive experience from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and professional staff. The engineer arrived promptly on the day of appointment and took time to thoroughly carry out the boiler service. So far, I am very please with the work, and the communication, from when the booking was made till after the job was done was very positive. I am now recommending friends and family to try you guys out, so I really hope you keep this level of service and professionalism. Thank you Ivan Jones for the thorough job you did on the boiler servicing, I could tell big difference since you serviced it!”
