The engineer came on time and diagnosed the problem within 20 minutes.
I had already guessed the fault and asked specifically if the part would be on the van. It was not, so I had to wait for the engineer to collect it. I thought the part was over priced by 100%
The engineer was polite and seemed to be efficient. He made sure I understood what he was doing and showed me how to rebalance my boiler should it be necessary at a later date.
