I received a call back from plumbing force within a short amount of time of submitting my form. I spoke to Holly on the phone who was very helpful and polite. She answered all of my questions and was very professional. We were able to arrange a plumber, Phill, to come over the same day and he was on time and very helpful. Phill ran us through what he was going to do and he did everything in a professional and timely manner. He had completed the jobs within an hour, explained our receipt to us and had us sign him out as soon as he had completed and explained everything. We will definitely be using plumbing force again. They are a fantastic company :)
