Excellent. I didn't know a lot about boilers but the plumber (D. Clay) didn't take advantage of this and try to talk me into paying for some costly, unnecessary procedures; instead, he asked my opinion, talked me through my options patiently and was helpful and professional. He was efficient, informative, on time and charged exactly what was agreed on the phone. He solved all the problems I needed him to solve and didn't patronise me or waste any time, so I would certainly recommend Plumbing Force and will use it again if I need to.
