The work was to plumb in a new washing machine. At short notice I was able to bring the time of the booking a day forward with no problem. The plumber Gabriel arrived punctually, gave me a clear idea of the cost and timings of the job and worked very efficiently to complete the work in the shortest time. He carried extra parts it turned out were required in his van. He was polite and considerate and helped me to get the old washing machine out of the house which he did not need to do at all.
