The engineer was very polite and although he did not arrive until 14.40, he listened to the what the problem was, and then got straight to work, He was very informative on what he was doing and left the boiler in working condition, could not fault his work or his attitude.
I would recommend this engineer to anyone who has a problem with their boiler, the engineer was N. Miller. I would appreciate if you would also let the engineer know that he we were very happy with his work.
