Started off badly with the plumber not turning off the cold water supply at the stopcock when dismantling a tap...a flood almost ensued, but he recovered briskly, got it back under control and by the end, I was very delighted with the jobs carried out. I shall use again next time I need a plumber. Note to all plumbers...turn off the water supply before starting work!
