Engineer arrived in quick time - worked efficiently and cleanly, kept costs to a minimum and demonstrated what he had done and the repair before he left.
The only thing he could have done that he didn't that would have made him the Mary Poppins of plumbers would have been if he had rung ahead to confirm he was on the way, but that's minor.
very pleased and would both use again and recommend to others.
