Two items required attention. Cistern not flushing. Pilot light out on gas fire.
Cistern flushed once when attended but since has not worked.
Gas fire apparently unable to be repaired, pilot light cannot be lit!
Cistern needs to be repaired without further cost. Asap. Not good value for £120
