We couldn't have a worst time for boiler breakdown being the night before Xmas Eve.The engineer was with us promptly.Unfortunately we had to have a New boiler which I was dreading.But the boiler was sourced and fitted at a very reasonable price on Xmas Eve and thè engineer went beyond his call of duty to help us a very difficult time. We cannot praise them enough.we are over the moon.
