Very professional: call was quickly and efficiently answered, even though it was the Monday after Christmas, and one of the team arrived within three hours of the call, AND he phoned prior to arrival to let me know he'd be arriving in the next quarter of an hour. And the leaking water-pipe was sorted within ten minutes. I'd certainly recommend them - but I'd also recommend not getting a water-pipe leaking over Christmas, too.
