NOT a good experience. VERY EXPENSIVE AND NEGLIGENCE CAUSING FURTHER COSTS TO MYSELF. I have been billed over £340 in total for just over 30 minutes work to replace two very minor fittings over 2 visits. The second visit only being necessary as the issue was not resolved on the first visit, which led to a flood through the downstairs ceiling - incurring me further costs to replace the ceiling!
Upon challenging this negligence to test the first *fix* and further issue caused as a result, I am still awaiting a response 10 days afterwards.
Advice: Pay on Credit card. If you have issues you can then take up your claim with your card provider as PLUMBINGFORCE don't appear to be concerned. I am still awaiting a response from PLUMBINGFORCE as we speak.
