I rarely take the time to complete reviews, but I am so annoyed with this company I feel I should try to protect other potential clients from the hassle they are likely to encounter by calling these people. Let down 6 times over 2 days ... lots of false promises and a complete lack of customer care .... I am a professional landlord and for 5 days including over the weekend, during a very cold spell my tenants are without heating. I live in the real world and fully appreciate things will go wrong and trades will be delayed. My complaint here is the total disregard for customers by this very poorly managed company. I asked for the boss in an attempt to resolve the situation and was put through to a resolutions manager. She had no idea of how to resolve a situation and was more likely to inflame the situation with her couldn't care less attitude .... she would last 2 minutes in my organisation !! Having given up with these jokers, I just called British Gas .... they will be here tomorrow ... that’s more like it
