Used this company because I was completely misled by the web site. I live in Duston Northampton and believed that I was contacting a local company "Duston Plumbing and Gas Engineers". The engineer that eventually arrived after 6 hours had in fact travelled from the Derby Nottingham area.
I made a big mistake, expensive lesson learned!
