Overall was good, but was told on booking that someone would be with us between when we phoned and 5 pm, that didnt happen so had to phone at 5 pm then to be told it would be by 6 pm, 5 mins later the company phoned to say that it would be the next day now between 10am and 2 pm. Engineer came out next morning and sorted it out very satisfactory and was very pleasant.
