Very helpful young man, phoned in advanced to say they was on the way. I was in the middle of packing at the time with friends and as a wheelchair user he waited in the hall way until the kitchen was clear for him. He asked if I could sign or if it was ok for one of my friends could sign which I asked a friend to and no problems were made over it. Very friendly man and spoke to us while he filled in his forms.
