Good Afternoon
Service received was excellent, from the point of arranging an engineer to call to the sign off on completion of the work carried out. Andy, the engineer, arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem with the boiler and offered us various options. We decided to replace the boiler with one recommended by the engineer. This was ordered and installed on the same day with the work carried out efficiently, professionally and to a high standard.
