Attempted a minor toilet repair myself, but managed to break one of the components, so decided to call in a plumber instead. Made the booking mid-morning on a Saturday, got a confirmation call later and the plumber was with us by 1:45pm. Job completed in an hour, efficient and tidy. Very pleased.
